In October 2010 Debenhams announced the launch of four new designer names to its fashion range; Jonathan Saunders, Preen, Jonathan Kelsey and Roksanda Ilincic, who will be working with the retailer on a fresh new concept called Edition. “Editions” features collections from a clutch of fresh, young designers who have already made their mark on the international catwalks and have now set their sights on something closer to home. Preen, Jonathan Saunders and accessories designer Jonathan Kelsey are bringing their signatures to the shop for summer, and will be joined next season by the fabulously elegant Roksanda Illincic.

The choice of Irish linen for his graduate collection inspired his move to Dublin in the 1980s where he has lived for the past 30 years, working closely with his wife and business partner Odette.

Betty Jackson has become one of Britain’s most celebrated and best loved British designers. Lancashire born designer Betty demonstrated her unwavering creative vision from the very beginning of her design career. She studied at the Birmingham College of Fashion under Designer, Zandra Rhodes and started her own career as a fashion illustrator during her final year of college.
In 1973, Betty started her professional career working with Wendy Dagworthy and later went onto work for Quorum, before setting up her own design company Betty Jackson Ltd.
